Reuters Survey: Out of 105 Economists, 84 Believe the Fed Will Cut Rates by 25 Basis Points in December

BlockBeats News, November 12th, a Reuters survey shows that out of 105 economists, 84 believe the Federal Reserve will cut interest rates by 25 basis points in December. Among the 105 economists, 52 think the Federal Reserve will lower the federal funds rate to 3.25%-3.50% in the first quarter of 2026.
Of the 52 economists, 36 believe that U.S. employment growth is expected to remain basically unchanged since the government shutdown, while 16 think it will get worse.
