Prefer us on GoogleOn July 25, AI image generation tool Midjourney announced the acquisition of the astrology app Co-Star, appointing Co-Star CEO Banu Guler as Midjourney's Chief Design Officer. Banu Guler will be responsible for building a cross-functional design, product, and front-end team to drive the development of Midjourney's product direction. The Co-Star app will continue to operate under the full management of Banu Guler. This acquisition marks a significant expansion of Midjourney's product and design capabilities.
