Analysts expect Waller to reshape the Federal Reserve's communication and policy decision-making, potentially reducing forward guidance on interest rate expectations and adjusting the frequency of press conferences. The chief economist at Oxford Economics predicts that the Federal Reserve will not raise interest rates in June, but the wording will be adjusted, with a baseline forecast of a rate cut in December.
