Notice on Unauthorized Account Operation and Fee-Churning Activities

WEEX remains committed to building a safer and more transparent trading environment. Recently, we identified isolated cases involving unauthorized account operation (requesting account credentials, managing, or operating accounts on behalf of users) and fee-churning activities, which may harm user interests and platform integrity.

These behaviors may lead to:

Delayed risk response and reduced ability to cut losses in time;
Higher account and asset security risks due to account sharing or third-party operation;
Unnecessary trading costs and potential risk-control actions triggered by abnormal activity.

WEEX will continue to investigate and handle such behavior in accordance with platform rules. For verified or serious violations, actions may include but are not limited to account feature restrictions, rebate suspension, campaign disqualification, and partnership termination.

Please keep your account credentials secure and do not allow others to operate your account. If you identify related misconduct, please report it via official support channels: support@weex.com. Verified violations will be handled strictly.
